10 Tips to Becoming a Professional Festival Go-er

Y'all know Jenya, stylist extraordinaire at Envy! She's an experienced musical festival lover with some tips for your next visit to a summer festival, whether it's COUNTRY THUNDER or LOLLAPALOOZA!

1) Top knots:

Throwing that long tangly hair into a messy top knot is key to keeping cool at a music festival.

2) Sunglasses:

Avoid getting your sunglasses from being tangled in your hair by buying the kind with plastic nose pieces, allowing you to protect from rays and put on your head.

3) High waisted shorts and crop tops:

Being in the sun all day you want to wear the least amount of clothes possible while still looking fashionable. High-waisted shorts and crop tops are the perfect solution.

4) Flower crowns:

Stay boho chic while keeping your hair out of your face.

5) Sunscreen + tinted moisturizer:

7) Closed toed shoes:

Walking around all day, being in the center of mosh pits, and feet don't really mix. Ensure no broken toes by wearing closed toed shoes. Converse. supergas, and lace up boots are commonly seen at music festivals.

For a chilly night throw on a fashionable kimono.

Festival Fabulous Event with Elle: Pics, Styles, and More!

Thanks SO MUCH  to everyone who came to our "Get Festival Fabulous" Event on Friday, July 18th! We had a blast with Elle Piasecki of "A Splash of Blonde" blog who styled all of our customers for amazing summer music festivals and more from the Envy closet! Starting with the fashion blogger herself, Elle ROCKS this floral romper with a fashion belt and super cute hat! She was an AMAZING stylist with great taste who helped all of our fabulous customers out! We couldn't have done this event without her; let's take a look at some of her styles:

Two Envy tops with the same cute pink shorts! Both looks are rockin! Both are perfect festival attire, especially for the best weekend in Chicago: Lollapalooza!

Need to look professional for work, but stay in fashion? Check out this awesome maxi dress from our event! 

Elle's sister rocked this black version of our super popular summer flair top! The sleeves give the top an awesome unique touch and it's totally perfect with a pair of white jeans and wedges! (Plus it's on sale!!)

Because we're preppin for all our fave Chicago festivals, we stocked up on some super cute tee-crop tops like this black one! Elle perfectly paired this top with a skater skirt in a cutesy pink color! So summery and so high fashion!

Another look with the crop tops: pair them with some high waisted dark jean shorts! Simple enough for the daytime, and especially for a low-key festival look! Pair it with a flower crown from Envy and you've got the perfect look!
